Sandeep Unnikrishnan (Adivi Sesh) has only one wish as a child: to wear a uniform (Navy or army). His parents (Prakash raj and Revathi) are initially dismayed by his career aspirations, but once they see that he is sincere about helping the country, they allow him to pursue his passion. He soon rises through the ranks of the army, becoming NSG commander and commando trainer. He also marries Isha, a childhood friend (Saiee Manjrekar). sandeep steps forward to lead the task after terrorists strike mumbai in 2008, despite the fact that trainers are not involved in operations. The rest of the movie is about his bravery.

Adivi Sesh gives an excellent performance as Major sandeep Unnikrishnan. In emotional scenes, he has made a significant progress. His physique and demeanour were a good match. Sesh is the only owner of the film. It is, without a question, his best performance. prakash raj and revathi are once again outstanding. The film's highlight is Prakash Raj's passionate monologue, while Revathi's breakdown near the conclusion is heartbreaking. Saiee Manjrekar finally gets her due. She was miscast in varun Tej's 'Ghani,' but she shines in this film. In their brief roles, sobhita dhulipala and murali Sharma are effective.

The crew behind "Major" invested a lot of money to get a rich and superior aesthetic, thanks to huge production houses like sony and superstar Mahesh Babu. The cinematography and production design are also excellent. They are, in reality, a big asset. The background score by sricharan pakala is excellent. In the climax, Abburi Ravi's dialogues are fantastic. telugu cinema standards are rising at the moment.
