According to the meteorology department, telangana state will have heavy to extremely heavy spells of rain this week due to cyclonic circulations and changing weather systems. A low-pressure area has developed due to cyclonic circulation over the northwest Bay of Bengal, close to Odisha, according to IMD officials. Additionally, around July 18, a new cyclonic circulation is predicted to develop over the northwest Bay of Bengal.

According to a report from the telangana State Development & Planning Society, mancherial received the greatest rainfall in the state on sunday with 74.5 mm, followed by Vikarabad with 57 mm and bhadradri Kothagudem with 54.5 mm. Light rains were observed inside the city limits at Serilingampally, patancheru, Ramachandrapuram, Kukatpally, Shaikpet, Balanagar, Quthbullapur, and Alwal, with Serilingampally and patancheru recording the highest amounts of precipitation with 5.3 mm apiece.

For the majority of districts, including Adilabad, komaram bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, mancherial, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, bhadradri Kothagudem, Sangareddy, Vikarabad, and hyderabad, a yellow rain advisory has been issued by the IMD. Over the following five days, the state will have rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, according to the IMD, which also issued a yellow notice in this regard.

Over the next 48 hours, hyderabad will enjoy primarily cloudy skies with light to moderate rains or thundershowers, mostly in the evening and night. Maximum and minimum temperatures will be in the range of 29 and 21 degrees Celsius (°C), respectively, with a relative humidity level that has increased to 86 percent and westerly surface winds that are blowing at a speed of around 10 kmph.
