CSK player tested covid-19 positive

Chennai Super King's fastest bowler and South African cricket player Lungi Ngidi had been tested covid-19 positive. This made him move out of his three-match One Day International(ODI) against Netherland.

Medium-pacer  Junior Dala had been replaced Ngidi which was announced by south africa cricket Association on Wednesday. The team also lagging behind fast bowler Lizaad Williams who is also in injury due to rib muscle strain. This made another fast bowler move out of the team. The south africa cricket team made a statement saying that Lungi Ngidi had been forced to come out from the tour since he is tested covid-19 positive. His condition is stable and he is abiding by the south africa cricket team covid protocols. His mental and physical well-being will be monitored by the medical team.                      
 The cricket Team also added that after Lizaad Williams and Lungi Ngidi were withdrawn from the squad, junior Dala has been called into the team for the One Day international series. It is to be noted that Lungi Ngidi played in IPL for the chennai Super Kings in the 2018 auction who was bought for 50 lakhs.
