Ingredients  1 big fish  1 cup coconut milk  1 spoon corn flour  1 spoon lime juice  1 spoon honey  1 spoon green chilli sauce  1 spoon red chilli sauce  1 spoon ginger juice  1 cup freshly grated coconut  Half cup grated cheese  1 spoon salt  Method  1. Remove the scale and the gills from the fish. Wash and drain well.  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients till well combined. 3. Place the fish in a container of the cooker and pour the mixture over it. 4. Steam for 30 minutes till the fish tender.  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves, lime wedges and onion slices.
