The director of the next film 'Animal,' sandeep Reddy Vanga, conferred the title of'superstar' to actor Ranbir Kapoor. Although Kapoor originally raised reservations about the moniker, sandeep stood firm in his belief that it derived from his own belief in the actor's great star qualities.

"Ranbir never wanted that," sandeep stated. He plainly did not want that. Please don't do it, he urged. But for the poster, I persuaded him by saying, "Forget what you're feeling, it's my feeling." You are, in my opinion, a superstar. I'm thinking about adding'superstar' to your name." Vanga noted that such attraction is unique to stars, recalling his enthusiasm for Kapoor's performance in the 2011 film 'Rockstar'. "That pulling and calling only happens with stars," the director explained.

Producer bhushan kumar chimed in with praise for Kapoor's flexibility, noting his devotion to completing his own stunts in Animal. "Ranbir did everything himself," bhushan said, adding, "I thought we might need a body double."
