Haryana deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala claimed on wednesday that not a single case was registered
against farmers during the Farmers Protest because the person who “cared” for them was holding a high position.
He also said that farmers have benefited a lot during his rule. Dushyant Chautala said that I had started a campaign
to ensure that the farmers crop money comes directly into their bank accounts. We have done this work.
Chautala addressed a public meeting in village Gatauli in Jind district of Haryana. During this, the Deputy Chief
Minister said that the gymnasium in the village will soon be constructed and after declaring the school buildings
here dilapidated, they will be rebuilt under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. Before this, Dushyant Chautala also
addressed a public meeting in village Ramrae and laid the foundation of Naugama Khap Chaupal to be built on
two acres. Along with this, he also announced to donate Rs 11 lakh from the voluntary fund.
30 lakh ration cards were made in the state
Deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala said that during the congress government, farmers were given
compensation amount of Rs 4 to 5. But, our government has prepared a system, under which now a message is
sent directly to the Patwari’s mobile, informing him that Girdawari of the farmer’s field has to be done. Now if the
farmer wants to get fard, he does not have to make rounds for it. Fard comes out in the village itself. Dushyant
Chautala said that 30 lakh ration cards have been made in the state. Ration card is made immediately for those
whose income is less than Rs 1 lakh or Rs 80 thousand as per the family identity card.
