New Delhi sources reported that Kingfisher Airlines' business tycoon Vijay Mallya, who fled India owing Rs 9,000 crores to Indian banks, is yet again in the news. Reports suggest that Mallya is set to tie the knot for the third time with Air Hostess and long time friend Pinky Lalwani. According to sources Mallya and Lalwani have known each other from 2011. It is learnt that Mallya offered Lalwani a job as a flight attendant. They were frequently spotted together after that.
Previously Mallya was previously married to Sameera Tyabjee from 1986-87 and to Rekha Mallya from 1993 to whom he is still legally married. He has three children from his two marriages, Siddharth, Leanna and Tanya. Sources stated that the air hostess is known to have been supporting Mr. Mallya even in his tough times. She was also present with him during his extradition case hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court in London.
Accordingly yet there
is no official confirmation on the news. Mr. Mallya, who is regular on
micro-blogging site Twitter, has not updated the same on Twitter also. Moreover
Mr. Mallya is currently a fugitive from India on charges of fraud and money
laundering relating to Kingfisher Airlines for loans that amount
to Rs. 9,000 crore. Furthermore the tycoon has been on a self-imposed
exile in the UK since he left India on March 2, 2016.
