Accordingly Bar Council of rajasthan Chairman P.R. Singaria said that an SLP was filed in the supreme court challenging

the Bar Association elections to be held on december 8, it has been disposed of. Fellow advocates had raised

objections about the election term not being completed, but now after the disposal of the SLP, Bar Association

elections are scheduled to be held on december 8. The SLP was filed in the supreme court on behalf of

Rajasthan high court Advocate Association, jodhpur Kota and other bar associations, against the order of the

Bar Council of rajasthan and rajasthan High Court.

In this case, advocate ajay Singh, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, said that Orders were issued to

conduct elections of different bar associations of rajasthan on the same day on 8th december, whereas in many

cases the tenure of the bar associations has not yet been completed. It has happened. In such a situation, how

can elections be held where the tenure has not been completed? He said that the election order was challenged

in the high court, but his side was not heard. On this, the supreme court, while disposing of the petition, said

that whatever is your grievance, you should present a review petition in the rajasthan high court and get it

modified there.
