In recent times, there has been a noticeable trend of young directors eager to collaborate with actor balakrishna for their films. The veteran actor has worked with Kurradsharan for Akhanda, followed by a successful venture with gopichand malineni for Veera simha Reddy. The latter proved to be a box office hit.

Subsequently, director Anil Ravipudi directed balakrishna in Bhagwant Kesari, which turned out to be a blockbuster, crossing the 100-crore mark at the box office. Adding to this list is director Prashant Varma, known for Hanuman, who recently expressed his desire to work with balakrishna, stating that he has a script ready for the actor. Joining this growing roster of directors is harish shankar, the director behind Pawan Kalyan's blockbuster Gabbar Singh.

According to the latest reports from Filmnagar, balakrishna and harish shankar are teaming up for a massive action entertainer, with the project set to be produced by KVN Productions. Allegedly, story discussions have already been concluded, and balakrishna has given his approval for the film with Harish Shankar. An official announcement regarding this collaboration is anticipated soon.

Given Harish Shankar's reputation as a commercial director known for elevating heroism with impactful elements, expectations for this project are rising within the industry. Currently, harish shankar is occupied with the film 'Mr. Bachchan' featuring mass Maharaja ravi Teja. Once the shooting for this movie concludes, it is suggested that he will commence directing the film with Balakrishna.
