Judge sir, see... sc was listening to Arvind Kejriwal?

It has been almost two months since the arrest of chief minister arvind kejriwal in the delhi liquor scam case, but till now he has not got any relief. However, the supreme Court's comments have definitely indicated that arvind kejriwal may or may not get some relief. arvind kejriwal was arrested by ED on march 21 and since then he is lodged in Tihar Jail. arvind kejriwal, arrested in a money laundering case related to excise policy, has challenged his arrest in the supreme court, which will now be heard tomorrow i.e. on 7th May. In fact, in the supreme court, the bench of Justice sanjeev Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta told Additional Solicitor General sv Raju, appearing for the ED, during the hearing on friday that the hearing on Arvind Kejriwal's petition against the arrest is likely to take time and Therefore, the court is considering hearing the side of the investigating agency on granting him interim bail.

ASG Raju will oppose bail

The bench told ASG Raju, 'It seems that we cannot complete the hearing today. We will see it on tuesday morning. If it takes time, we will consider the question of interim bail because of the elections.' After this, ASG Raju said that he will oppose the grant of interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal. He took the name of aam aadmi party leader sanjay singh in the delhi liquor scam case in the packed court last month and pointed to the statements given by him after getting bail.
