Kavita made such a demand, judge said - not acceptable....

The poetry of BRS leader arrested in delhi liquor scam case has again got a big shock. In the ED and cbi case related to the Excise Policy case, Rouse Avenue court K. Kavita's demand for bail has been rejected. Delhi's Rouse Avenue court on Monday. categorically refused to grant bail to Kavita. After this decision of the court. Kavita's troubles have increased further and now she will remain in jail. The point to be noted here is that in both ED and cbi cases, K. Kavita's bail plea has been rejected.

In fact, both the investigating agencies i.e. ED and cbi filed a complaint against K. Kavita's bail application was opposed saying that K. Kavita is one of the main conspirators of this entire scam and if she is granted bail, she can influence the witnesses and influence the investigation by tampering with the evidence. After this the judge rejected the petition saying that this was not the right time to grant bail.

Earlier, Rouse Avenue court had booked BRS leader K. Last Friday, a reply was sought from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Kavita's petition, in which they requested to produce her in the court after the judicial custody ends on May 7. Special Judge kaveri Baweja had issued notice to the investigating agencies and directed them to file their reply by May 6 i.e. today. Today the court heard the arguments on Kavita's application and after listening to the arguments of ED-CBI, gave its verdict.

In fact, Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader Kavita's lawyer Nitish Rana had told the court in the application that she wanted to appear before the court instead of appearing through video conference from Tihar Central Jail. On april 23, the court had directed the jail authorities to produce Kavita digitally after her judicial custody ends. Let us tell you that on march 15, ED i.e. Enforcement Directorate arrested K.
