'Time is changing, friend is no longer a friend', mallikarjun Kharge's retort to PM Modi's Adani-Ambani statement

Lok Sabha elections 2024: PM Modi said, 'For the last 5 years, the prince of congress used to start chanting the names of Ambani-Adani as soon as he woke up in the morning. But as soon as the elections were announced, he has stopped.

Congress President mallikarjun Kharge has retorted to PM Modi's statement on adani and Ambani. He said, 'Time is changing. Friend is no longer a friend'. Actually, prime minister Modi had targeted rahul gandhi while addressing a rally in Telangana. He said that the prince of congress, who has been chanting the names of Ambani-Adani for the last five years, has stopped 'abusing' him.

Mallikarjun Kharge posted on X, 'Time is changing. Friend is no longer a friend…! After the completion of three phases of elections, today the prime minister has become aggressive on his own friends. This shows that Modi Ji's chair is shaking. This is the real trend of the result.'

What did PM Modi say?

Addressing a rally in Telangana's Vemulawada, PM Modi said, 'You must have seen that for the last 5 years, the prince of congress used to start chanting the name of Ambani-Adani as soon as they woke up in the morning. Five industrialists, then slowly they started saying Ambani and Adani. But since the lok sabha elections were announced, they stopped abusing Ambani and Adani.' He said that these princes should declare how much goods they have taken from Ambani adani in this election? How many sacks of black money have they stolen?

PM Modi said, congress should tell whether tempo full of notes have arrived? What deal has been done that you have stopped abusing Ambani-Adani overnight? There is definitely something fishy. You abused Ambani, adani for five years and the abuse stopped overnight. Meaning you have found tempo full of some stolen goods. The country will have to answer this.'

The prime minister mocked the opposition alliance 'Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance' (INDIA) and said, 'After the third phase of elections, the third fuse of the congress and Indy alliance has blown.
