Konijeti Rosaiah has taken his last breath a few moments earlier as he was rushed to a hospital due to low bp and he took his last breath before he was even admitted. As per reports, he died on the way to a star hospital at banjara hills and he has been the former chief minister for United andhra pradesh and also served as a governor to tamil Nadu and karnataka states earlier in his tenure.

For the years 2004 to 2009, Konijeti Rosaiah served as Finance Minister. In Dr. Y. S. Rajashekar Reddy's Ministry, he was also in charge of other ministries such as Legislative Affairs, Budget, Healthcare and Medicine, and Family Welfare. He was elected to the Legislative Council once more in 2009, and he was re-inducted into the DR. Y. S. Rajashekara reddy Ministry as minister for Economy, Budget, and Legislative Matters.

During his time as Finance minister, Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah envisaged economic regulations transforming Andhra Pradhesh into a treasure trove.
