In this case, a case has been registered against the accused arrested for conspiracy to murder two persons. It is alleged that he had burnt two people alive in the truck to declare himself dead.
Dangiyawas police station probation IPS officer Shivani Sharma said that an FIR has been registered on sunday against retired Navy man Balesh Kumar in the case of murder of two people. Investigation is going on in the matter. In this case, the accused will be brought to jodhpur on a production warrant from delhi Crime Branch.

Sub-Inspector Manoj of Dangiyawas police station said that on May 1, 2004, a truck caught fire near Pitawas Phante of Dangiyawas police station area. police had received information that two people were burnt alive in a truck fire. On which the then police had registered an FIR. In this accident, the family members identified the deceased as truck driver ex-serviceman Balesh Kumar, while the other deceased was unknown. After this, Balesh Kumar's wife Santosh started taking pension from the Navy in her husband's name. After this accident, Balesh Kumar's brother made an insurance claim and also took compensation for the burnt truck. Sub-Inspector Manoj said that however the truth in this case was something else. It was Balesh Kumar who set fire to the truck filled with cardboard. In which the laborers Manoj and mukesh from bihar who came with him were burnt. At the time of the accident, the police found two dead bodies on the spot. One of which was identified as Balesh Kumar.
