The central government of india has once again stated that the special status of andhra pradesh and is over now.



Union home minister nityanand rai gave a written reply to a question posed by tdp MP Rammohan Naidu in the lok sabha on tuesday on the guarantees of special status to the AP. 



The minister said that 25 review meetings have been held so far with representatives of various ministries and departments as well as ap and telangana government from time to time to complete all the provisions of the Partition Act. 



The Center clarified that it was constantly striving for consensus between the two states ... The issue of special status ended with the recommendations of the 14th Economic Commission. 



Therefore, Nithyanandarai revealed that the centrally sponsored schemes between 2015-16 and 2019-20 have been agreed to give special assistance to ap under the ratio of 90:10. 



The Center will also pay the principal and interest on foreign loans taken from 2015-16 to 2019-20. 



The central government has once again made it clear in the lok sabha that andhra pradesh as a whole cannot be given special status. 



The Union home Ministry has said that the Center has agreed to provide special assistance. 



YCP MPs, on the other hand, have made it clear that the issue of special status will not be left out of the winter session of parliament. 



The leaders said that the state would be more prosperous if there was a special status... They decided to try to put pressure on the Center to give all the benefits under this to the AP.
